Tata Projects to construct Noida
International Airport

Tata Projects Limited has won the right to construct the new greenfield Noida International Airport coming up at Jewar in Uttar Pradesh. Tata Projects outbid Shapoorji Pallonji and L&T to undertake engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the greenfield airport. The contract is estimated to be worth more than Rs. 6,000 crore. The airport is scheduled to be commissioned by 2024.
As part of the agreement, Tata Projects will construct the terminal, runway, airside infrastructure, roads, utilities, landside facilities and other ancillary
buildings. The airport would have the capacity of to handle 12 million passengers annually.
